01What the app does

StandardsIQ for Cleaners is a free app made by StandardsIQ Pty Ltd that works inside ChatGPT. It gives you:

• Cleaning audit checklists for school, office, childcare, medical centre and aged care sites, scored 0 to 5, with a printable PDF.
• Contractor templates: a site induction checklist, a site risk assessment for cleaning and a cleaner shift handover, each with a printable PDF.
• A cleaning hours estimate worked out from the areas, production rates and minutes you give it.
• What StandardsIQ is, if you ask about it.

The checklists, templates and estimates are general tools to adapt to your own sites. They are not legal, safety or professional advice.

02Using it

Name the app at the start of your message in ChatGPT and ask for what you need, for example:

• Use StandardsIQ for Cleaners to build an office cleaning audit checklist. The site has a kitchen and showers.
• Use StandardsIQ for Cleaners to give me a site induction checklist for a new cleaner.
• Use StandardsIQ for Cleaners to work out cleaning hours for a 1,200 square metre office at my rate of 300 square metres an hour, five nights a week.

The answer appears as a card in the chat. Use Download PDF on the card for a printable copy.

03If something does not work

• The PDF does not download. ChatGPT also gives a link to the printable PDF under the card. Open that link in your browser.
• There is no checklist for my type of site. Checklists exist today for school, office, childcare, medical centre and aged care sites. Tell us which site type you need.
• The hours look wrong. The estimate uses only the areas, production rates and minutes you give it. It does not add travel, breaks, set up or periodic work. Check the figures you gave, and include counted items such as toilets if they matter.
• A line does not suit my site. Lines marked Confirm with site follow the site's own instruction. Confirm it with the site, and adjust your copy to suit.
• The card did not appear. Ask ChatGPT again, naming the app at the start of your message.

04Your information

The app stores nothing you send it and is not connected to the StandardsIQ platform or to any contractor's records. Section 03 of our privacy policy explains what it receives and what happens to it. Your conversation in ChatGPT is handled by OpenAI under its own privacy policy.
