01About these terms
This website is operated by StandardsIQ Pty Ltd (ACN 696 990 771, ABN 16 696 990 771), an Australian company based in Melbourne. In these terms, we, us and StandardsIQ mean StandardsIQ Pty Ltd, and you means the person using this site.
These terms cover standardsiq.com.au and the pages within it, including the demonstration request form.
These terms do not govern use of the StandardsIQ platform. Access to the administrator console, the supervisor and cleaner applications and the client portal is provided under a separate written subscription agreement between us and the subscribing contractor.
If anything in these terms conflicts with that subscription agreement, the subscription agreement prevails for everything to do with the platform.
02Accepting these terms
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
03What you may do with this site
You may view, print and share the pages of this site to learn about StandardsIQ and to evaluate whether it suits your operation. You may quote a short passage with attribution to StandardsIQ.
04What you may not do
You must not:
- copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of this site as your own material,
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or systematically download the site or its content,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems or the platform,
- probe, scan or test the security of the site except as described in section 13,
- interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or place unreasonable load on it,
- use the content to build or market a competing product,
- remove or obscure any notice of ownership,
- misrepresent that you are associated with, endorsed by, or speaking for StandardsIQ,
- submit false information through the demonstration form, or use it to send unsolicited material.
05Our intellectual property
All content on this site, including the text, layout, design, graphics, product screens and the underlying code, is owned by StandardsIQ or used under licence. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
StandardsIQ, the StandardsIQ quadrant mark and Cleaning Intelligence are trade marks of StandardsIQ Pty Ltd. Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right to use them.
06Requesting a demonstration
If you submit the demonstration form, we use the details to contact you and arrange a demonstration, as described in our privacy policy. Submitting the form does not create any obligation on you to buy, and it does not oblige us to provide a demonstration.
Please provide your own contact details, or the details of someone who has agreed to be contacted about this.
07Information on this site is general
Descriptions of what StandardsIQ does are general information about the product. They are prepared in good faith and kept current, but they are not a warranty, a specification or an offer.
What is actually included for a particular contractor, what it costs, what service levels apply and what capability is available at the time, are set out in a written quote and in the subscription agreement. Those documents prevail over anything on this site.
Any figures produced by tools on this site, including the administrative load estimate, are illustrative estimates based on the assumptions shown on screen. They are not an audit or a measure of your operation, and they are not a promise of a result.
08Nothing here is professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, privacy, workplace relations, industrial, accounting, tax or compliance advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as such.
This includes any template worker notice, consent wording or policy material we provide. Those are a convenience to help you start your own process. You are responsible for your own obligations, and you should obtain your own professional advice before relying on them.
09Availability and changes
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it on an as is basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.
10Links to other sites
This site may link to sites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not endorse them and we are not responsible for their content, their products or how they handle your information.
11Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law:
- we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms,
- we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this site,
- where our liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant information or service, or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
You are responsible for any loss we suffer because you breached these terms or misused the site.
12Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
13Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site or in the StandardsIQ platform, please tell us at admin@standardsiq.com.au with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before you disclose it publicly.
Please do not access, modify or delete data that is not your own, do not run tests that degrade the service for others, and do not use social engineering against our people or our customers. If you report in good faith and within those limits, we will not pursue you over the report.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page tell you which version applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect the subscription agreement of an existing contractor.
